CYA cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as the final delivery is handled by the courier partner.

Shipping Charges

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address, phone number, and other required details while placing an order.

CYA will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address/contact information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact us with your Order Number so that we can assist you in checking the shipment status.

If a package is returned to CYA because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery, or provided an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record a clear opening/unboxing video before opening the package.

The opening video is mandatory for any damage-related return or exchange claim, as mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
